What I Wore to Work Wednesday

Hello loves!  I am writing to you from San Francisco, but this is from work a couple of weeks ago.  This dress was comfortable and cute.  Wedges are great for the office because they're usually more comfortable than heels, but I still like to take a pair of flats just in case. What do you carry to work for mid-day style changes??
